Two friends who decided to open their own food van managed to 'prove everyone wrong' with customers queuing down the street to try their homemade pies. Stephen Bygrave and Daniel Furlong launched The Lids & Co catering out of a tiny food van, serving a range of pies that are made from scratch.
Mates Stephen Bygrave and Daniel Furlong launched The Lids & Co catering last month, debuting their pies on home turf at the Grand National. Since then they’ve been inundated with bookings and requests and they’re getting ready for an incredibly busy summer season up and down the country as well as weddings and parties.
