About Us
We are two Liverpool chefs with a passion for pies. With a stand-out vintage Citroen HY van, we are here to serve up unique, mouth-watering pies at your events that are just as unforgettable as the city we call home.

We specialise in all types of events, from festivals and street food events to corporate gatherings and weddings.

Pies & Sides

 The Scouse One

Slow-cooked braised lamb shoulder, onions, carrots, turnip, and potatoes in a rich minted gravy.

 The Morning Glory

All Day Breakfast | Sausage, bacon grill, rich black pudding, tomato, and beans, topped with a fried egg and a golden hash brown.

 The Cottage

Tender braised beef and minced beef, combined with carrots, celery, and caramelised onions in a rich beef jus, all topped with a cheesy chive mashed potato.

 The Daddy

Braised, pulled beef brisket cooked in red wine, with blue cheese, pickled jalapeños, and sweet balsamic-glazed onions.

 The Vegan Kiss (V)

A delightful spiced samosa filling with potato, peas, carrots, butternut squash, courgette and onion seeds. Crafted with dairy free pastry.

 The Hearty Farmhouse

Confit herb chicken thigh and shredded gammon with chestnut mushrooms and leek, all encased in a comforting cider, parsley, and cheese sauce.

 The Balti Belter

Succulent marinated chicken thigh and sweet potato, infused with aromatic Indian spices in a rich tomato based sauce.

Exactly what it says on the tin.

 Sweet Potato Mash (V)

Slow cooked sweet potatoes with a vegan ginger butter and spring onions.

 Twin Mustard Mash

Creamy mashed potato with wholegrain and English mustard.

 Squashed Potato Roasties (V)

Twice cooked squashed new potatoes, fried and tossed in a sweet onion & chive dressing, finished with crispy shallots.

 Chicken Seasoned Fries

9-Spiced combination sensation.

 Salt & Pepper Fries (V)

Onions & peppers with oriental seasoning.

 Plain Skin-on Fries (V)

 Crushed Minted Peas (V)

Petit pois, garlic, shallots, vegan butter, spring onions and fresh mint.

 Spiced Scented Chickpeas (V)

Chickpeas, roasted red peppers, spring onions, and coriander in a tagine spice blend.

 Red Wine Gravy

Veal jus, reduced over 18 hours and enriched with red wine, redcurrant jelly, and a touch of balsamic vinegar.
